This distance contract is concluded between NAYA13 SIA<\/strong>, registration No. 40203685554, legal address \u201cZilais kalns\u201d, Dobele parish, Dobele municipality, LV-3701, e-mail info@xdose.com<\/a>, phone +371 22406689<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the person placing an order in the online store xdose.com (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Subject matter of the contract <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Seller sells, and the Buyer purchases, the goods offered in the online store in accordance with the terms of this agreement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer has placed an order and received an order confirmation to the specified email address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Placing an order <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The buyer selects goods in the online store, adds them to the shopping cart and fills in the necessary information to place the order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the information provided is true and complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices and payment procedures <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All product prices are listed in euros (\u20ac), including applicable taxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When purchasing goods over 38 EUR, the Buyer does not pay a delivery fee. When purchasing up to 38 EUR, the customer covers delivery costs, which vary depending on the selected delivery address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments can be made using the payment methods available in the online store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Delivery <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The goods are delivered to the address or parcel machine chosen by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service provider or force majeure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Right of withdrawal <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@xdose.com. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Warranty and non-conformity of goods <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the product does not comply with the terms of the contract or has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer has the right to file a claim in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Processing of personal data <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

8. Dispute resolution <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through mutual negotiations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Final provisions <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Seller has the right to make changes to this distance contract at any time. Changes come into effect after they are published in the online store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
