This distance contract is concluded between NAYA13 SIA, registration No. 40203685554, legal address โZilais kalnsโ, Dobele parish, Dobele municipality, LV-3701, e-mail info@xdose.com, phone +371 22406689 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the person placing an order in the online store xdose.com (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
1. Subject matter of the contract
The Seller sells, and the Buyer purchases, the goods offered in the online store in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer has placed an order and received an order confirmation to the specified email address.
2. Placing an order
The buyer selects goods in the online store, adds them to the shopping cart and fills in the necessary information to place the order.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the information provided is true and complete.
3. Prices and payment procedures
All product prices are listed in euros (โฌ), including applicable taxes.
When purchasing goods over 38 EUR, the Buyer does not pay a delivery fee. When purchasing up to 38 EUR, the customer covers delivery costs, which vary depending on the selected delivery address.
Payments can be made using the payment methods available in the online store.
4. Delivery
The goods are delivered to the address or parcel machine chosen by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service provider or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@xdose.com.
The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the goods.
6. Warranty and non-conformity of goods
If the product does not comply with the terms of the contract or has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer has the right to file a claim in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments.

8. Dispute resolution
Disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through mutual negotiations.
If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
9. Final provisions
The Seller has the right to make changes to this distance contract at any time. Changes come into effect after they are published in the online store.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read the distance contract and agrees to its terms.
